BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENNDgNG SECTION 47-2
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Th.- t Section 47-2 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
be and the same hereby is amended by repealing subsection A
thereof thereby reinstating Section 230-72 (c) of the National
Electrical Code 1975 which reads as follows
" (c) Location The service disconnecting means
shall be installed either inside or outside
of a building or other structure at a readily
accessible location nearest the point of
entrance of the service-entrance conductors "
