BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 112-66
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO THE CITY WATER UTILITY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Section 112-66A of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
be, and the same hereby is amended by deleting therefrom the
words and figures "three hundred fifty dollars ($350 )" as the
same appear in the last sentence of said subsection A and by
substituting therefor the words and figures, "five hundred
dollars ($500 )"
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and
ordered published this 20th day of April, A D 1976, and to be
presented for final passage on the 4th day of May, A D 1976
