OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO PLANT INVESTMENT FEES FOR THE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Section 112-115 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and
the same hereby is amended by deleting therefrom the schedule contained
in Subsection A thereof and by substituting therefor the following schedule,
to-wit
