BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE III OF CHAPTER 9
(SECTIONS 9-9 AND 9-10 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS) RELATING TO DISTRICTS FOR ELECTION OF COUNCIL
MEMBERS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 9-9 of the Code of the City of
Fort Collins be and the same hereby is, amended to read as
follows
-5 9-9 Districts zur election of Council members
Pursuant to Section 1 of Article II of the Charter of
the City of Fort Collins the city is hereby divided
into four (4) districts from each of which one (1)
Council member will be elected at the general city
election to be held on April 5 1977 Such districts
are designated as District No 1 District No 2
District No 3 and District No 4 and are delineated on
the Council District Map dated Q.A��.`�� �_ _ 1
1976 a copy of which is attached hero and by this
reference made a part hereof The election precincts
within each district shall be as determined by the
ordinances of the City of Fort Collins in effect at the
time of said election
Section 2 That Section 9-10 of the Code of the City
of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is repealed
