ORDINANCE NO 91, 1976
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-33
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO THE AMOUNT OF THE CITY'S
CONTRIBUTION TO THE FIREMEN' S PENSION FUND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 2-33 of the Code of the
City of Fort Collins be amended and the same hereby is , to
read as follows
"§ 2-33 Contribution from general fund
The Director of Finance of the City of Fort Collins ,
Colorado is hereby authorized and directed to pay
from the general fund of the City of Fort Collins into
the Firemen's Pension Fund of the City of Fort Collins
such sum monthly as shall equal six percent (6%) of
the total monthly salaries of the Fire Department of
the City of Fort Collins "
Section 2 The effective date of this ordinance shall
be January 1 1977, and the same shall apply to salaries accruing
after that date
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and
ordered published this 23rd day of November, A D 1976, and to
be presented for final passage on the 7th day of December, A D
1976
