ORDINANCE NO. 9, 1976
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS:
That the zoning district map of the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, adopted by the zoning ordinance of the
City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the
zoning classification from R-P,. Planned Residential District
to B-P, Planned Business District for the following described
property in the City, to-wit:
A tract--of land_ situate ' in. the Northwest 1/4 of Section__
19 , Township 7 North, Range 68' West of the Sixth P .M. , I
City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of i
Colorado, which considering the West line of said
Northwest 1/4 as bearing due south and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto,, is contained within
the boundary lines which begin at .a point which bears
South 670. 00 feet, and again N 69030 ' E 53 . 38 feet from
the Northwest corner of said Section 19, and run thence
North 586. 64 feet; thence along the arc of a 15 foot
radius curve to the right a distance of 23. 48 feet, the
