ORDINANCE NO. 100 , 1976
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS:
That the zoning district map of the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado; adopted by the zoning ordinance of the
City of Fort Collins,. .is hereby amended by changing the ,
zoning classification from R-L, Low Density Residential
District to R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential District
for the following described property in the City, to-wit:
Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of Section 15 , Township
7 North,---Range -69- West- of -the 6th P .M. ,__Larimer_County,
Colorado, and considering the West line of said Section
as to bear N ' 00032 ' W, with all bearings herein being
relative thereo; thence N 00°32 ' W 113. 80 feet; thence i
S 89'54 ' 23" E 726. 96 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence N 00032 ' W 216. 20 feet; thence S 89154 ' 23" E
602.44 feet; thence S 00129' E 169 .20 feet; thence N

thence N 89054123" W 113 . 04 feet to the true point of
beginning.
