ORDINANCE NO 6 , 1977
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 114-19 (B) (4)
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO TRAFFIC AND SPEED LIMITS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Section 114-19 (B) (4) of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins be amended, and the same hereby is, to read as follows
"(4) On all other streets of the City not specifically
posted, the applicable speed limit shall be twenty-
five (25) miles per hour "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 18th day of January , A D 1977, and to be
presented for final passage on the let day of February , A D 1977
