BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 118-41 A
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING A PART OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND RELATING TO
USES IN THE R-L, LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Section 118-41 A of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be
and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows
"A. Uses permitted
(1) One-family dwellings
C2) Public and private _-- ools, for elementary and high
school education
(3) Public and nonprofit quasi-public recreational uses
as a principal use
(4) Essential public utility and public service installations
and facilities for the protection and welfare of the
surrounding area, provided business offices ano repair
and storage facilities are not included
(5) Churches
(6) Accessory buildings and uses "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 15th day of February , A.D 1977, and to be presented
for final passage on the 1st day of March A.D. 1977
