B NG AN ORDINANCE AMENDING-THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF E CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLAS FICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORD INED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That the zo ing district map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted y the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins,
is hereby amended b changing the zoning classification from R-P,
Planned Residential istrict to B-P, Planned Business District for
the following descri d property in the City, to-wit
A tract of nd located in the N I-, of Section 22,
WN, R69W, o the 6th P M , of Larimer County,
Colorado, been more particularly described as
follows

bearings contained rein relative thereto
