BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1.9 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS , COLORADO, 1.958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE' WEST LAKE SECOND
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the West Lake Second
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L, Low Density
Residential District. Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 16, Township 7 North, Range
69 West of the 6th P. M. , thence N. 00032 ' W. along the East line of
Section 16 602.7 feet to the true.point of beginning, said point being on
the boundary 6f the West Lake Street Annexation to the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado; thence N. 89040' W. along said Annexation 438.7 feet;
thence N. 00032' W. along said Annexation 400.0 feet; thence S. 89040' E.
along said Annexation 438.7 feet to a- point on West line of the Miller .
Brothers Sixth Foothills Annexation, said line being the East line of
Section 16; thence S. 00032' E. along said Annexation 400.0 feet to the
true point of beginning.
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 4th
day of September, A. D. 19 6q and to be presented for final passage on the 2Sth day of
September, A. D. 19 69
