BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE. C011E OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958) AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONiING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE SIXTEENTH SOUTH SHIELDS
STREET ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS , COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the Sixteenth South Shields
Street Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L, Low Density
Residential District. Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the East Quarter Corner of Section 15, Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the 6th P. M. , thence South along the East line of
Section 15 677.33 feet; thence West 280.00 feet to a point on the. boundary
of the First Western Heights Annexation to the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, which is' the true point of beginning; thence South along said
Annexation 150.58 feet, more or less; thence West- along said Annexation
760 feet, more or less, to the Northeast corner of the Second Western
Heights Annexation; thence West along said Annexation 280 feet, more or
less, to -the Northwest corner of said Annexation, said point also being a
point on the Sixth Fairview Annexation; thence West along said Annexation
8 .59 feet; thence N. 00008110/1 W. along said Annexation 176.21 feet, more
or less, to the Southwest corner of .the Ninth South Shields Street Annexa-
tion; thence S. 89032130/1 E. along said Annexation 1048.69 feet, more or
less; thence South along said Annexation 17.24 feet, more or less, to the
true point of beginning.
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 4th
day of September, . A. D. 1969, and to be presented for final passage on the 25th day of
September, A. D. 1969.
