BEING AN ORDINANCE; AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS , COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE MURRAY'S FIRST
ANNEXATI0N TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS , COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the Murray's First
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the C, Commercial
District. Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Considering the North line of Section 27, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of
the 6th.P. M. as bearing N. 89030' W. and with all bearings herein relative
thereto: . Begin at a point which bears N. 89030' W. 118.46 feet and again S.
00030.' W. 30.00 feet and again S.' 44034' E. 69.60 feet and again S. 00019' E:
254.12 feet from the Northeast corner of Section 26, Township 7 North, RAnge
69 West, which is the point of beginning, said point being on the Westerly
right of way line of Colorado- State Highway No: 1 and also on the boundary of
the Meadowlark Annexation to the City of Fort Collins; thence S. 00019' E. along
said right of way 63.00 feet to a point on the boundary of Bartel 's First
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins; thence N. 89030' W.. along said
Annexation 362.40 feet; thence N. 00019' W. along said Annexation 63.00 feet
to a point on the Ghent Annexation to •the City of Fort Collins; thence S. 890
30' E. along said Annexation 362.40 feet to the point of beginning;
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said 'Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 4th
day of September, A. D. 19 69, and to be presented for final passage on the 25th day of
September, A. D. 19 69.
