BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1.9 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE 'Z.ONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE MOORE SCHOOL
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COL,ORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the 'Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the Moore School
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L, Low Density
Residential District. Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the West Quarter Corner of Section 15, Township 7 North, Range
69 West of the 6th P. M. , thence S. 89054123" E. along the South line of NW;
of said Section 15 1329.77 feet; thence N. 00029' W. 662.15 feet to the true
point of beginning, said point being the Northeast corner of the South Taft
Hill First Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado; thence N. 89Q
54'23" W. along said Annexation 465.35 feet, more or less, to the Southeast
corner of the South Taft Hill Third Annexation; thence N. 00032 ' W. along
said Annexation 233.35 feet, more or less, to the Southeast corner of the
South Taft Hill Fourth .Annexation; thence N. 00032' W. along said Annexation
150.88 feet, more or less, to the South line of the Western Annexation to the
City of Fort Collins; thence East along said Annexation 466.45 feet, more or
less; thence -S. 00029' E. along said Annexation 22.70 feet, more or less, to
the Northwest corner of College Addition; thence S. 00029' E. along said
Annexation 362.26 feet, more or less; to the point of beginning.
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
DI-st,.ict Map in accordance with this ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 4th
day of September, A. D. 1969, and to be presented for final passage on the25th day of
September, A. D. 1969.
