ORDINANCE NO. 60 , I 9 ,
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS :
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from R-M, Medium Density Residential District, to B-L, Limited Business
District, for the following described property in the City, to-wit:
The Sj of the West 102 feet of Lot 6, Block 64; all of Lot 7, Block 64;
and all of Lot 8, Block 64; all in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 4th
day of September, A. D. 196% and to be presented for final passage on the 2Sth day of
September, A. D. 19 69.
