BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 19-29, 19-30, 19-31 AND 19-32 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, BEING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE, AND kELATING .TO USES PERMITTED IN THE R-E, ESTATE RESI-
DENTIAL DISTRICT, THE R-L, LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, THE R-M, MEDIUM
DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, AND THE R-H, HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
BE IT ORDIANED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1 . That Sections 19-29 and 19-30 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be amended by deleting from the uses permitted
listed therein the following:
"Parks, playgrounds and golf courses;"
and by substituting therefor the following:
"Public and non-profit quasi-public recreational uses as a principal use;".
Section 2. That Sections 19-31 and 19-32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be- amended by deleting from the uses permitted
listed therein the following:
"Parks, playgrounds and golf courses;" and "Swimming pools and non-profit,
quasi-public recreational uses as a principal use;"
and by substituting therefor the following:
"Public and non-profit, quasi-public recreational uses as a principal use;".
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 4th day
of September, A. D. 1969, and to be presented for final passage on the 25th day of
September, A. D. 1969.
