BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY IN BLOCK 282, PLAN OR SUBDIVISION OF
THE WEST SIDE ADDITION TO-THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO:
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate an alley in Block 282, in the Plan
or Subdivision of the West Side Addition to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the portion of the alley to which said request relates has never been opened as
the same is platted, and such alley is not needed as an alley or roadway, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins. will in
no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said alley,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
That the following described portions of the alley designated A in the Plan or Subdivision
of the West Side Addition to the City of Fort Collins , Colorado, according to Plat filed
April 29, 1892, to-wit:
Commencing at the NW corner of said Block 282, thence East along the
North line of said Block 140 feet to the true point of beginning,
thence South 175 feet, .thence East 40 feet, thence North 15 feet,
thence West 25_ feet, thence North 160 feet, thence West 15 feet to
the true point of beginning, ALSO,
Commencing at the NW corner of said Block 282, thence East along the
North line of said Block 225 feet to the true point of beginning,
thence South 160 feet, thence West 25 feet, thence South 15 feet,
thence East 40 feet, thence North 175 feet, thence West 15 feet
to the true point of beginning,
be and the same is hereby abolished, vacated and abated.
