HomeMy WebLinkAbout062 - 01/06/1966 - REZONING THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS PARKWOOD a ORDINANCE NO 62, 1965, BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 46, 1965, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by Ordinance No 46, 1965, be and the same is hereby changed and amended by changing the zoning classification from "RL" (Low-Density Residence) District to "RP" (Planned Residence) District for the following described property in the City of Fort Collins, to-wit A portion of the SWk of Section 19, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6t° P M , City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which, considering the West line of said SWk as bearing due North and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto, is contained within the boundary lines which begin at the NW corner of the SWk of said Section 19, said NWk corner bearing North 2509 33 feet from the SW corner of said Section, and run thence N 89°56' 30" E 1680 00 feet, thence S 00°03'30" E 247 00 feet, thence along the arc of a 1092 00 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 180 27 feet, the long chord of which bears S 04°47'15" E 180 07 feet, thence South 09*31' E 70 00 feet, thence along the arc of a 837 00 radius curve to the left a distance of 230 33 feet, the Long chord of which bears S 01*38' E 229 61 - feet, thence S 06*15' W 317 67 feet, thence along the arc of a 466 05 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 387 05 feet, the long chord of which bears S 30°02'50" West 376 02 feet, thence S 53*50' W 90 00 feet, thence N 36*10' W 85 00 feet, thence along the arc of a 595 51 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 559 52 feet, the long chord of which bears N 63*06' W 539 16 feet, thence West 887 00 feet to a point on the West line of said SWk, thence North along theme-West line of said SWk 1105 00 feet to the point of beginning.
