BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING MTHEWS STREET IN THUNDERBIRD
ESTATES FOURTH SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF PORT COLLINS,

WHEREAS, the City Council Aar bean petitioned to vacate Mathews
Street in Thunderbird Estates Fourth Subdivision in the City of Fort Collins.
said street to be vacated being more particularly described as followa, to-wits
Begin at the most southwesterly corner of the Thunderbird
Estates fourth Subdivision, thence N 23011*54" N 50 0
feet to the trace point of beginning, thence N 23011'54"
W 229 05 €wet, thence on a chord of an are with a radius
of 14 77 feet N 68'11'54" U 20 30 feet, thence N 62029'
E 79 77 feet, thence on a chord of as ere with a radius
of 15 00 feet S 20*13140" W 20 62 feet, thence S 23"

radius of 15.0 feet S 69026' East 21 66 feat, thence S

and
WBERLAS, said street as nm platted is not needed for municipal
purposes, and

Fort Collins will be is no ray prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said
street

COLLINS that the following described street in the City of Fort Collin, to-Vitt
