BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5-25 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO,
1958, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO SOLICITING SALES IN THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 5-25 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same is hereby amended
by adding thereto after the words private residences wherever said words
appear in said Section the word streets and by adding after the word
merchandise wherever said word appears in said Section the word services
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 23rd day of December, A D 1965 and to be presented for final passage
on the 13th day of January, A D , 1966
