Home My WebLink About001 - 01/25/1968 - AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CITY CODE AND CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY (DE ORDINANCE NO 1, 19682 BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by Section 19-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same is hereby changed and amended by changing the zoning classification from R-P, Planned Residential District, to R-M, Medium Density Residential District, for the following described property in the City, to-wit A tract of land situate in the Northeast k of the Northeast k of Section 24, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P M , City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which, considering the South line of said Northeast k of Northeast k as bearing S 89 56' W and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto, is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point which bears S 89 56' W 168 46 feet from the Southeast corner of said Northeast k of Northeast 'k, and run thence S 89*56' W 621 69 feet thence N 00 09' E 570 00 feet thence N 89 56' E 479 00 feet thence S 00 09' W 173 00 feet thence N 89° 56' E 142 69 feet thence S 00 09' W 397 00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 329,675 square feet, more or less Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 41 day of January, 1968s and to be presented for final passage on the 25 '' day of January, A D 1968 Mayor ATTEST City C1 rk Zen ed r 1 IL C Passed and adopted on final reading this 251 day of January, A D 1968 Mayor ATTEST City Clerk 1 -2-
