TO THE CITY SALES TAX AND E)MMPTI_NG FROM SUCH TAX FARM MACHINERY

CIRCUMSTANCES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That there is hereby added under Section 10 of Ordinance No 58, 1967,
the following subsection
"10-14 All sales of farm machinery for use on property outside the
limits of the City of Fort Collins and all sales of farm machinery parts for
use on property outside the City, provided, however, that this exemption as
to farm machinery parts shall not apply in the case of repairs performed or
parts installed on equipment within the limits of the City of Fort Collins,
and provided further that trucks having a manufacturer's rated capacity of
one (1) ton or less shall not be considered farm machinery for the purpose of
this section Nothing herein contained shall be construed to limit any other
exemption contained in this Ordinance "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
