ORDINANCE NO 1968
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19-48 OF TEE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF TEE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, BEING
A ZONING ORDINANCE, AND REQUIRING A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
BEFORE A ONE FAMILY DWELLING IS OCCUPIED OR USED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Section 19-48 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins
Colorado, 1958 as amended, be and the same hereby is amended by deleting
from Subsection 3 thereof the following words
"except for one family dwellings
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 18th day of January, A D , 1968, and to be presented for final passage
on the 8th day of February, A D , 1968
