BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 582 19672 (THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS RETAIL AND USE TAX ORDINANCE) EXEMPTING
FROM THE CITY SALES TAX AND USE TAX SALES AND PURCHASES OF
FEED AND FEED SUPPLEMENTS FOR LIVESTOCK OR POULTRY, SEEDS,
ORCHARD TREES, FERTILIZERS, AND DRUGS FOR LIVESTOCK OR
POULTRY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAT Ordinance No 58, 1967, be and the same hereby is amended by
adding under Section 10 of said Ordinance the following subsection
10-15 All sales and purchases of feed and feed supplements and
drugs for livestock or poultry, all sales and purchases of seeds, orchard trees
and fertilizers shall be exempt from taxation under this Ordinance and the
storage, use or consumption of such property shall likewise be exempt from
taxation under this Ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 25 " day of January, A D 1968, and to be presented for final
passage on the 15t" day of February, A D 1968
