BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR
CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins Colorado

adopted by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins is hereby amended
by changing the zoning classification `rom R-M Medium Density Residential

I District to R-H High Density Residential District for the following

described property in the City to wit
Beginning 1047 feet West and 289 73 feet North of the South
east corner of the SW' of Sec 14 T 7 N R 69 W of the
