BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4-6 51 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS COLORADO 1958 AS AMENDED AND CHANGING THE FIRE ZONE CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN
PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAT Section 4 6 51 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is amended by changing the map adopted by sub-
section B thereof by removing the following described property in the City of Fort Collins,
to-wit
A part of the SE4 of Section 35 Township 8 North Range 69 West of the 6h P M
which, considering the South line of said SE4 as bearing N 88 59 W and with all
bearings herein contained relative thereto, is contained within boundary lines
which commence at a point which is N 88 59 W 270 feet from the SE corner of
said Section 35 and run thence N O1 14 E 240 feet thence N 88 59 W 100
feet thence N O1 14 E 527 07 feet thence S 69 23 W 84 42 feet thence S
72 32 W 292 30 feet thence S 67 38 W 133 33 feet thence S O1 01 W 426 92
feet thence S 88 45 E 158 89 feet thence S 00 53 W 162 88 feet thence S
88 59 E 415 90 feet to the point of beginning
from Fire Zone 1 and by placing said property in Fire Zone 3
