BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zonipg
classification from R-L, Low Density Residential District, to M-L, Low Density
Mobile Home District, for the following described property in the City, to-wit
Commencing at a point 165 feet West of the NE corner of Section 16, Township 7
North, Range 69 West of the 6tn P M , thence W 330 feet, thence S 1320 feet,
thence E 330 feet, thence N 1320 feet to the place of beginning
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 6tn
day of June A D 1968, and to be presented for final passage on the 271h day of
June A D 1968
