BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins Colorado adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from R L Low Density Residential District to B L Limited
Business District for the following described property in the City to wit
Lot 1 of the Resubdivision of Tract A South College Heights Fourth Subdivision in the
City of Fort Collins Colorado
Introduced considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 6h
day of June A D 1968 and to be presented for final passage on the 271 day of
