BEING AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING STORAGE OR STANDING OF VEHICLES UPON CERTAIN
PORTIONS OF THE RIGHTS OF WAY OF STREETS IN THE CITY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS

It shall be unlawful to park, store or stand any vehicle, as defined in Section 23-
25-2 (ff) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as
amended, upon the part of any street right of way between the curb and the property line,
except where curb cuts have been allowed by the City for parking purposes
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 13h day
