THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN IhOP1RT1
BE IT ORDAINED BY THL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAI the Zoning District \lap of the City of Fort Collins Colorado adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from C Commercial District to I L Limited
Industrial District, for the following described property in the City to wit
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Block 7 Riverside Park Subdivision in the
City of Fort Collins Colorado thence East along the South line of said Block 7
extended 117 75 feet thence North 160 feet thence East-100 feet thence North
475 3 feet thence West 217 75 feet to the East line of First Avenue as shown on
the Plat of Riverside Iark Subdivision thence South along said East line 635 3
feet to the point of beginning
Introduced considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 18h
day of July A D 1968, and to be presented for final passage on the 8h day of
August A D 1968
