BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY IN BLOCK 91 IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINSs COLORADO
WHEREA59 the City Council has been petitioned to vacate an alley in Block 91 in the
City of Port Collins, Colorado, as more particularly described below; and
WHER M, said alley is not needed as an alley or roadway, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of Port Coiliqp
will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said alleyo provided that
there is reserved an easement for utilities as now constructed in said alley
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
following described alley more particularly described as follows, to-wit
The alley running North and South in Block 91 in the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado;
be and the same hereby is abolished, vacated and abated, except that there is reserved unto
the City of Ford Calling an easement for utilities as now constructed in said alley
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 180 day
of July, A D 1968, and to be presented for final passage on the 8m day of August, A D
1968
