BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18-33 5 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED RELATING TO THE USE OF B B, AIR OR
PELLET GUNS IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Section 18-33 5 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is amended by adding to said Section the following
subsections
"(d) B B Gimp, Pellet Guns or Air Guns Discharge any B B gum, Pellet gun or Air
gum or any other device made for the purpose of throwing or projecting missiles of any
kind by any means whatsoever whether such device is called by any name set forth above
or any other name, from or on to any public property in the City of Fort Collins or from
and on to any property in the City of Fort Collins other than the property of such person
or his family, provided, however, that this section shall not apply to the discharge of
anysuch device on any public or private range designated or designed for such purposes
