BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20-2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO 1958, AS AMENDED, PERTAINING TO THE SALE OF ABANDONED PROPERTY
BE IT ORDIINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 20-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins
Colorado, 1958 as amended be amended by deleting the words six months and substituting
therefor the words three months
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 26h day
of September A D 1968, and to be presented for final passage on the 17h day of October
