BE 11 ORDAINED BY THE COU\CIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of tort Collins Colorado adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins is nereby amended by changing th- zoning
classification from R L Low Density Residential District to R M Medium Density
Residential District for the following described property in the City to wit
A portion of Tract B replat of Miller Brothers Foothills Subdivision Sixth
Filing according to Plat filed October 8 1962 in the City of Fort Collins
Colorado described as follows Commencing at the NE corner of said Tract B
thence N 89 43 30 W along the N line thereof 275 feet thence S 0 37 40
E 390 feet thence S 89 43 30 E 40 feet thence N 48 54 E 161 feet thence
S 89 43 30 E 169 feet more or less to a point on the W boundary of Tract B
of said replat of Miller Brothers Foothills Subdivision 6h Filing thence along
said Westerly boundary N 36 56 10 W 49 85 feet thence N 21 42 W 50 03 feet
thence N 07 28 W 59 95 feet thence N 0 16 30 E 140 feet to the point of
beginning containing 2 2 acres more or less
