BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THP CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THkT the Zoning District Map of the City of Foit Collins Colorado adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from R M Medium Density Residential District to R P Planned Resi-
dential District for the following described property in the City to wit
Beginning at a point which bears N 89 44 W along the South line of the NE-'-
of Section 22 Township 7 North Range 69 West of the 6h P M a distance of
500 00 feet from the East Quarter Corner thence N 0 10 30 W 473 00 feet
thence S 89 44 E 244 00 feet thence N 0 10 50 W 306 35 feet to the
South Line of the Foothills Apartments Subdivision thence N 89 36 W 684 00
feet thence S 07 15 E 89 69 feet thence S 34 09 30 W 835 05 feet to
the South line of the NEk thence S 89 44 E along the South line of the NEB
a distance of 900 00 feet to the point of beginning said tract contains 13 161
acres more or less
