BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1-17 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS; COLORADO) 1938, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE SALARY TO BE PAID THE
MUNICIPAL JUDGE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1. That Section 1-17 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, 1958) as amended, be amended by deleting the figures "$5,700 00" and substituting
therefor the figures "$6,900 00 "
Section 2 The effective date for the change in the above salary shall be January 1,
1969,
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 5th day of
December, A. D. 1968, and to be presented for final passage on the 26th day of December,
A. D. 1968.
