BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT.
COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY:KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE VILLAGE WEST.FIRST
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
.is. changed and amended by including the property known as the Village West First
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L, Low Density
Residential District. Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Part of the SW, of Section 22, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. ,
contained within the boundary lines which considering the West line of the SW; :
of Section 22 as bearing N. 00029100" W. and with all other bearings contained
herein relative thereto: Commencing at the W, corner-of said Section 22; thence
along the West line of.said Section 22 S. 00029100" E . a distance of 484.75 feet
to the true point of-beginning; thence. S. .890531.30" E . a distance of 1,000 feet;
thence S. 00 29100" E . a distance of 850.00 feet; thence N. 890S3130" W. a
distance .of .1,000 feet to .the SW.corner of .the N2 of the Sla of said Section 22-
thence along .the West- line of-said Section 22 N.. 00029100" W. a distance of 856.00
feet to the true point of.beginning.
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 8th
day of January, A. D. 19 74 and to be presented for final passage on the 5th day of
February A. D. 19 70,
