BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins , Colorado, adopted by the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification
from the I-G, General Industrial District, and the B-G, General Business District, to the
M-M, Medium Density Mobile Home District for the following described property in the City,
to-wit:
Beginning at a point 1149.78 feet South of Northeast
corner of Section 2, Township 7 North, Range 69 West
of the 6th P.M. , thence West 1326 feet; thence South
328.51 feet; thence East 1326 feet; thence North
328.51 feet to the point of beginning; EXCEPT the
East 250 feet of the herein described tract.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 8th day of
January, 1970, and to be presented for final passage on the 5th day of February, 1970.
