BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES ,OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS) COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE THIRD' SP.RING CREEK
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby,
is changed and amended by including the property known as the Third Spring Creek
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-P, Planned
Residential District. Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
