BEING AN ORDIiN'ANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described has for more than three (3) years been
entirely contained within the boundaries of the City of Fort Collins; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins desires to annex said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS :
Section 1 . That all of the territory more particularly described as situate in the
County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit:
Commencing at the NE corner of the NW; of Section 23, Township 7 North, Range 69
West of the 6th P. M. ; thence S. 00022 ' E. along the East line of the said NW;
1181 .67 feet, to the point of beginning, said.point'-being' on a boundary line of
the Fourth College Annexation to the City of Fort Collins; thence. continuing S.
00022' E. along said Annexation, .634.34 feet. to a'corner of the Birky First
Annexation to the City of- Fort Collins; thence West along said Annexation 419.27
feet; thence N. 00022 ' W. along said Annexation 634..34 feet to a corner of the
Spring Creek Annexation to the City of. Fort Collins; thence East along said

Annexation 419..27 feet to the .point of-beginning;
be and it hereby is annexed to the City of Fort Collins and made a part of said City, to
be known as the Fourth Spring Creek Annexation.
Section 2, That in annexing said territory to the City of Fort Collins, the City of
Fort Collins does not assume any obligation respecting the construction of water mains,
sewer lines, gas mains, electric service lines, streets or any other services or utilities
in connection with territory hereby annexed except as may be provided by the ordinances of
the City of Fort Collins .
Section 3. Within ninety (90) days from the date this ordinance becomes effective,
no building permit shall be issued for any of the lands herein described unless said lands
have been zoned under the zoning ordinances of the City.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published thisl5th day
of January, , A. D. 197 0, and to be presented for final passage on the 5th day of
February A. D. 1970.
