ORDINANCE NO. 0 1970,
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 70, 1969, RELATING TO THE COLLECTION, REMOVAL
AND HAULING OF HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE AND HOUSEHOLD TRASH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT Section 3 of Ordinance No. 70, 1969, be and the same hereby is amended by adding
thereto at the end thereof the following:
"No container of household garbage or household trash shall be kept or placed closer
to the street or streets upon which the premises are located than five feet (51) from a
corner of the residence or other principal building on such premises ."
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 22nd day
of January, 'A. D. 1970, and to be presented for final passage on the 12th day of February,
A. D. 1970.
