BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN SPENCER SECOND
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1 . That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is changed
and amended by including a portion of the property known as the Spencer Second Annexation
to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L Low Density Residential Zoning District.
Said property to be placed in said District is more particularly described as follows,to-wit:
A portion of Section 25, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P.M. ,
which, considering the West line of said Section 25 as bearing S. 00000,45"
E. and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within
the boundary lines which begin at the center quarter corner of said Section 25,
and run thence S. 89047108" W. 495.13 feet; thence North 298.82 feet; thence N.
83047' E. 98.48 feet; thence along the arc of a 947.33 foot radius curve to the
right a distance of 19.29 feet, the long chord of which bears S. 05038' E. 19.29
feet; thence N. 84057' E. 113.76 feet; thence S. 07045' E. 4.70 feet; thence N.
89°44' E. 280.00 feet; thence S. 00°16'05" E. 100.00 feet; thence N. 89°47' E.

50.97 feet; thence S. 89°47'08" W. 350.00 feet to the point of beginning, con-
taining 3.0362 acres, more or less,
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
