ORDINANCE NO. 162 19702
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from R-H, High Density Residential District, to R-M-P, Medium Density
Planned Residential District, for the following described property in the City, to-wit:
Lot 4 of Fahrenbruch Leisure Village, Second Filing, and Lot 23 of Fahren-
bruch Leisure Village, Third Filing, according to the recorded Plats thereof,
in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado';
and by changing the zoning classification from R-H, High Density Residential District, to .
R-P, Planned Residential District, for the following described property in the City, to-wit:
A tract of land situated in the NW; of Section 25, Township 7 North, Range 69
{Vest of the 6th P. M. , Larimer County, Colorado, which considering the North
-line of said NW; as bearing.N.- 89045 '- E. and with all .bearings contained herein
relative thereto, is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point.
which bears N. 89045' E . 834.00 feet and again S. 00008125" E . 310 .00 feet from
the Northwest corner -of the NE, of said NW; and .run thence S. 000081125" E.
450.00 feet; thence S . 89045 ' W. 500.00 .feet; thence N. 15059140" E . 197 .90
feet; thence N. 00008125" W. 450.00 feet; thence N. 89045 ' E . 220.00 feet;
thence S. 00008125" E.' 190.00 .feet; thence N. 89045 ' E . 225 .00 feet to the
point of beginning; containing 5 .6768 acres, more or less; except Lot 4 of
Fahrenbruch Leisure Village, Second Filing,. and Lot 23 of Fahrenbruch Leisure
Village, Third Filing, according to. the recorded Plats thereof, in-the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado.
