BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE FOURTH SPRING CREEK,.,
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the Fourth Spring Creek
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L, Low Density
Residential District. Said property .is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the NE corner of the 'NW, .of Section 23, Township 7 North, Range
69 West of the 6th P. M. , thence S. 00022 ' E . along the East line of the said
NW; 1181 .67 feet to the point of beginning, said point being on a boundary line
of the Fourth College Annexation to the City of Fort Collins; thence continuing
S. 00022 ' 'E. . along said Annexation, .634.34* fe'et to a corner of the Birky First
Annexation to -the City of-Fort Collins; thence West along said Annexation,
419.27 feet; thence N. 00022 ' W. along said Annexation, 634.34 feet to a corner
of the Spring Creek Annexation_ to the—City of .Fort Collins; thence East along
.said Annexation; 419.27 feet to the point of beginning:
Section 2-. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this Sth
day of March, A. D. 19 70, and to. be presented for final passage on the 26th day of
March, A. D. 19 7Q
