BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE MAXFIELD SECOND
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including. the property known as the Maxfield Second ,
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L, Low Density
Residential District. Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point on the Fourth College Annexation to. the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, which bears N. 89028' W. .330,00- feet from the SE corner
of Section 15, Township 7 North, Range 69 West .of the 6th P. M. , thence
continuing along -the-Fourth College Annexation N.. 89028' W. 997 .50 feet to
the SE corner of the Fourth Fairview .Annexation to "the City-of Fort Collins,
thence N. 00002130/1 W. along said Annexation, 372 .70 feet to the SE corner
of the Third Fairview Annexation to the City of Fort-.Collins; thence con-
tinuing N. 00002130/1 W. along. the Third-Fairview Annexation-289.46 feet,more
or less,. to a corner of the Eighth South Shields Street Annexation to the
City of Fort Collins; thence S . 89029130/1 E. along said Annexation, 497..98
feet; thence. South along said Annexation, 230.33 feet; .thence East along said
Annexation 500.00 feet to a point on the West line of the Maxfield Annexation
to the City of Fort Collins; thence South along said West line, 436.20 feet
to the point of beginning.
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance.
