BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE GREENWALT SIXTH
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1, That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the Greenwalt Sixth
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-P, Planned
Residential District. Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A portion of the N� of Section 30, Township 7 .North, Range 68 West of the Sixth
P. M. , which considering the North line. of the NE; of- said Section 30 as bearing
N. 89051130" E. and with all bearings contained herein. relative thereto is con-
tained within the boundary lines which begin_ at,-the. Northeast corner of Greenwalt's
Fifth Annexation. to the City.of Fort Collins, which point bears S. 890511301, W.
1683.60 feet from- the Northeast corner .of said Section .30,. and run thence N. 890
51130" E . 477.10 feet-to.a point on. the .West right of-way 'line of the Union Paci-
fic Railroad; thence along said right of-way S. 0002511S" W. 2642 .68 feet to a

Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this` ordinance,
