BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE WEST LaPORTE AVENUE
THIRD ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS , COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the West LaPorte Avenue
Third Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, ,in the R-L, Low Density
Residential District. Said property .is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the SE corner of the NE', of Section 9, Township 7 North, Range
69 {Vest of the 6th P. M. , which is the Northeast corner of Maxwell 's First
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, and also the point of
beginning; thence N. 89°39 '15" IV, along said Annexation, 130 .00 feet to the
Southwest corner of. the LaPorte Avenue Annexation to the City of Fort Collins;
Thence N. 00°10'30" E . along said Annexation, 180 .00 feet; thence N. 89°39 'l5"
W along said Annexation, 220 .00 feet; thence S. 00010130" W. along said
Annexation, 180,00 feet to a point on the North line of Maxwell 's First Annexa-
tion; thence N. .89039'15" W. along said Annexation, 35 .01 feet to the Southeast
corner of Hohimer's Annexation to the City of Fort Collins; thence N. 26°13 '15"
W. along said Annexation, 33 .54 feet; .thence N. 00009115" E . along said Annexa-
tion, 50.00 feet; thence N. 89°39'15" •W, along said .Annexation, 103 .60 feet;
thence S. 16038115" E . along said Annexation, 52.28 feet; thence S . 00020145 " W.

38.50 feet to a corner of the Maxwell's First Annexation; thence South along said

beginning.
Section 2, The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance.

day of March, A. D. 1970, and to be presented for final passage on the 16th day of
April, A. D. 1970,
