ORDINANCE NO. 28, 1970,
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by-the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the Zoning
classification from R-Hs High Density Residential District, and B-G, General Business
District, to B-L, Limited Business District, for the following described property in the
City, to-wit:
Lot 9, Block 104', in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 7th day
of May, A. D. 1970, and to be presented for final passage on the 28th day of May, A. D.
1970.
