ORDINANCE NO. 29 , 1970,
BEING .AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from Ft;;-_L, Low Density Residential District, to R-P, Planned Resi-
dential District, for the following described property in the City, to-wit:
.A tract of land situate in the SE', of Section 24, Township 7 North, Range
69 West of the Sixth P. M. , which considering the East line of the said
SE; as bearing S. 00007' E. and with all bearings contained herein relative
thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point on
the East line of said SE-; which bears S. 0000.7' E. 380.00 feet from the
E; corner of said Section 24 and run thence S. 00007' E. 320.00 feet; thence
S. 87054' W. 395.00 feet; thence S. 71°55' W. 164.75 feet; thence N. 27005'
E. 60.00 feet; thence N. 47000' E. . 298.34 feet; thence along the arc, of a
93.06 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 37.11 feet, the long
chord of -which bears N. 34000'30" W. 36.87 feet; thence N. 22035' W. 42.78
feet; thence N. 61020120"' E. 150.85 feet; thence S. 22035' E. 15.27 feet to
the Southwesterly corner of Tract D. Vanguard Park,. First Filing, Fort
Collins, Colorado; thence N. .89053' E. 204.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading,. and ordered published this 7th
day of May, A. D. 1970, and to be presented for final passage on the 28th day of
May, A. D. 1970.
