BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING i
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:,
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from R-L, Low Density Residential District, ,to R-H, High Density
Residential District, for the following described property in the City, to-wit:

The NZ of the NE; of the NE;, less the West five acres; also the S2 of the NZ of
n the NE; less the {Vest fifteen acrea, all in Section 22, Township 7 North, Range
69 West of the 6th P. M. , and that portion of Section 22, Township 7 North, Range
69 West of the 6th P. M. , described as follows : Beginning ,at a point 60.75 rods
West of the NE corner of said Section 22; thence West 40.51 rods; thence South
39.50 rods; thence East 40.51 rods; thence North 39.50 rods to the point of
beginning, County of Larimer, State of Colorado.
